2010 ANNUAL Dues

Principal Member	$550
Principal Member - Multiples (3 or more w/same company)	$525
Principal Member - Government (city/state/federal agency)	$500
Associate Member	$1,350
Associate Member - Partner (Silver, Gold or Platinum level Partners recieve a $400 discount)	$950

BOMA Memphis membership will also include membership in BOMA International.

We are really excited about your interest in BOMA Memphis! All new member applications will be forwarded to the Membership Recruitment Committee on the 20th of each month. Upon receipt of your application, a Committee Member will contact you for an interview and answer any questions you may have about membership in our association. Your application will then be forwarded to our Board of Directors for review. If your application is approved, you will be sent a membership invoice that will be due on receipt. (Please make sure to have all payments made within 30 days). Your membership will be active upon receipt of the dues payment.

(For ASSOCIATE MEMBER Applicants)

We will be happy to contact anyone you would like to recommend and supply them with information on our association.

Our bylaws require that a minimum of 50% of our members be Principal members. This often leads to a waiting list for Associate Members. If there is currently a wait, you will be contacted for your interview and again once a membership position becomes available. Upon approval and receipt of dues, you may be invited to join as a member at that time.

However, if you have someone who would qualify as a Principal Member that you could have join with you- someone who would list you as the referral, the ratio is not affected and you could be able to join as an Associate Member along with them, rather that wait for a spot to open by attrition.
