Education
BOMA Memphis has provided both local seminar programming as well as ongoing education for its members and affiliates through the BOMI Institute for many years
The schedule of classes that is offered opens the door to students interested beginning their studies toward a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation or the Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation. BOMI also offers credit earned through other associations designations to be applied to BOMI designations.
An education plan was put into place in 2004 that would allow anyone to complete the designation of their choice within four years without having to leave Memphis, assuming students took all classes offered in a year for their designation.
The following is a listing of current BOMA members who have earned their RPA or FMA designation and candidates currently working toward their RPA designation. Those who have graduated in the last year are shown in bold letters.
