Stephen is a reporter for the Memphis Business Journal. His main areas of coverage include economic development, commercial real estate,
and Ford's BlueOval City. He joined MBJ in September 2021.
In his time here, he has seen Memphis undergoing sweeping change in both
its commercial and residential real estate sectors.
Stephen has a degree in Journalism and a paralegal certification from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn.
He will be speaking about BlueOval's impact and what 2023 will look like from an
impact perspective. Also, about downtown's reemergence and its
ability to attract youth and trends that he sees continuing in development throughout the metro in 2023.
