Todd Hancock, BOMI Instructor

Mr. Todd Hancock is a Managing Partner of ELS Landscape LLC in Dallas, TX.  ELS a leading member of the EPA's Pesticide Environmental Stewardship Program, that specializes in exploring new strategies in to facilitate Integrated Pest Management (IPM). ELS assists Fortune top 5 companies, as well as other large companies, in ways to maximize both curb appeal and environmental stewardship.

Mr. Todd Hancock holds several licenses and is an approved Texas Real Estate Commission MCE instructor for Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) Credits.  He has been a certified BOMI instructor since 2001. and has presented many BOMI courses nationally and internationally for BOMI.

Prior to starting ELS Landscape LLC, Mr. Hancock has over 20 years of relevant industry experience in Facilities Management for industries like Hospitals, Data Centers and Commercial Real Estate. He worked 9 years as a Water Treatment Chemical Engineer and is a Graduate of Texas State Technical College.
